Subscription and Billing
VIDA App offers a range of subscription plans to enhance your experience with premium features, including unlimited access to energy readings and personalized insights. By subscribing, you agree to our billing practices and payment terms.
All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
If you choose to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, the new rate will be applied at the start of the next billing cycle. VIDA App reserves the right to change our subscription fees at any time, but we will notify you in advance of any changes.
In the event of a billing dispute, please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge. We will work with you to resolve any issues in accordance with our refund policy.
