Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your VIDA subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
How to Cancel (Apple App Store)
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your Apple ID
- Select Subscriptions
- Choose VIDA
- Tap Cancel Subscription
How to Cancel (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon
- Go to Payments & Subscriptions
- Select Subscriptions
- Choose VIDA
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Canceling your subscription stops future charges, but you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refunds
App Store Refunds (Apple)
Apple processes all payments for iOS subscriptions.
Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple Support, as VIDA cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.

Google Play Refunds
Refunds for Android subscriptions are managed by Google Play.
You may submit refund requests through Google’s refund center.

VIDA does not have access to your payment details and cannot issue refunds directly.
3. No Refunds for Partial Billing Periods
VIDA does not provide partial refunds for:
- Mid-month cancellations
- Unused time in the subscription period
- Unused features
- Failure to cancel on time
Your subscription remains active until the billing cycle ends.
4. Changes to Subscription Plans
VIDA reserves the right to:
- Change pricing
- Modify features
- Add or remove subscription tiers
Any changes will be communicated in-app or through the App Store listing.
If you continue using VIDA after updates, you are considered to have accepted the new terms.
